Specifications:
The standard binder is 3-ring with opening and closing boosters using French Calf Virgin Vinyl sealed over rigid 100 point chipboard. Flexible cover available upon request.

Artwork:
Artwork, negatives, positives, screens and other items produced by Atlas Loose Leaf, Inc. remain their property. Camera ready copy and film furnished by client remain client’s property. Film positives are preferred. Any artwork furnished must be camera ready, mechanically separated by color, and include complete instructions specifying color (PMS number or swatch preferred) and positioning. Artwork and film will be reproduced as furnished unless corrective work is requested by and quoted to the customer.

Customer-supplied disks can be electronically output by Atlas. Call for compatibility of software, fonts, and hardware.

Special pricing may be required for artwork that has critical registration and fine detail. Questionable artwork should be submitted for our evaluation at time of quotation request.

Samples:
Samples of custom products not in stock will be charged and must be quoted on an individual basis.

Proofs:
Normal proofs are film positives. Other types are available at an extra charge.

Personalization:
Personalization is available on all items in a variety of styles. Quoted upon request.

Overruns and underruns:
Atlas Loose Leaf, Inc. will always try to ship the amount ordered; however, we reserve the right to ship 10% over or under the exact amount and bill accordingly. If exact quantity is needed, add 10% to cost of job. All orders are custom manufactured, and trade customs apply.

Cancellations or changes:
Orders that have already started production will be billed for work completed if canceled. It is not always possible to make changes on an order already in progress, so please ask your Atlas representative to check on the status of the order before asking for changes to be made.

Terms:
Upon credit approval, payment is net cash thirty (30) days from date on invoice unless otherwise provided in writing. Current orders are put on hold if any unpaid invoices exceed forty-five (45) days, unless other arrangements have been made. Finance charges will be added to overdue accounts.

Production schedule:
Every effort will be made to meet your delivery requirements. Atlas carries many standard materials and can offer expedited service on many binders and printing options. Ask your Atlas representative to help you establish a schedule for your next binder order.

Delivery:
Unless otherwise stated, the price quoted is for a single shipment without storage, F.O.B. our dock. Atlas trucks are available for local delivery. Title for finished work shall pass to the customer upon delivery to carrier at shipping point or upon mailing of invoices, whichever occurs first.

Return of merchandise:
If damage should occur in transit, contact delivering carrier for inspection. Do not send shipment back to factory without written return authorization.

Guarantee:
All of Atlas Loose Leaf, Inc. products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship or materials. Defective merchandise can be returned for credit or replacement only upon written approval from Atlas. Claims for defects, damages or shortages must be made by the customer within a period of ten (10) days after delivery. Atlas Loose Leaf, Inc. liability shall be limited to our stated selling price on any defective goods, and should in no event include special or consequential damage. Defective material must be returned immediately after authorization. The uncontested part of an invoice is due under regular terms.
